Jingrui Su received the Ph.D. degree in Communication and Information System from University of Xidian in 2021. He is currently a Lecturer in Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). He is lecturing bilingual courses as “Communication Principle”. His research interests include Satellite Internet, Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communications, Deep Reinforcement Learning. Dr. Su has published over 20 referred journal and conference papers on these topics. His hobbies include traveling and fitness sports.
Na Li
received the Ph.D. degree in Transportation Information Engineering and Control from Chang’an University in 2017. She is currently an associated professor in Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). She is lecturing courses such as "Linear Algebra", "Complex Variables Functions", and "Digital Image Processing". Her research interests include machine learning, video processing and analysis. She has published over 20 referred journal and conference papers on these topics. And she is awarded with "Four haves Good Teachers" at XUPT.
AI, DA (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering, and telecommunication engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1996 and 2006, respectively. He is currently an associate professor with the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi’an. He was a visiting researcher with the Department of Computer, Santa Clara University, in 2016, USA. He is also a senior member of the Chinese Society of Engineers, a senior member of the China Institute of Communications, a member of the China Computer Federation, and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery. His research interests include video signal processing, virtual reality, and Big Data analysis of telecommunication.

Hong Chang received the Ph.D. degree in Information Countermeasures from Xidian University in 2011. She is a lecturer in Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). She is lecturing courses as “Digital Signal Processing”, “Linear Algebra”. Her research interests include information countermeasures,digital signal processing,cognitive radio. Dr. Chang has published over 20 referred journal and conference papers on these topics.
Jiang Jing, Professor and Doctoral supervisor serving as the Dean of School of Communications and Information Engineering at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications. She is an expert reviewer for the National Science and Technology Major Project "New Generation Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network," a member of the IMT-2020 Promotion Working Group under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a committee member of the Artificial Intelligence Specialized Committee of the China Institute of Communications. Her current main research focuses on multi-antenna and artificial intelligence-based wireless communication technologies.
From 2006 to 2011, she worked at ZTE Corporation, participating in the advancement of 3GPP and IEEE 802.11 standards. During this time, she submitted over 30 proposals and filed 72 patents as the first inventor, with 67 patents granted, including 52 international patents. More than 10 of her patents were incorporated into the 3GPP LTE and IEEE 802.11ac standards. She was awarded the titles of Outstanding Inventor and Excellent Project Manager at ZTE.
Since 2011, she has been employed at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, leading over 30 research projects, including three National Natural Science Foundation projects, national major special projects, Shaanxi Provincial Key Industrial Chain projects, and Shaanxi Provincial International Cooperation Key Projects. She has published more than 100 academic papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, with over 50 indexed by SCI and EI, including one ESI hot paper.
Yan-Xia Liang received the Ph.D. degree in Military Communications from Xidian University in 2011. She is currently an associated professor in Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). She is lecturing bilingual courses as “Information theory inference and learning algorithms” and “Wireless Communication Principle”. Her research interests include resource management in wireless communications, UAV communications, trajectory planning of UAV and multimodal information processing. Dr. Liang has published over 30 referred journal and conference papers on these topics.
Lei Liu received the B.S. degree in telecommunications engineering and the Ph.D. degree in information and communications engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2012 and 2019, respectively. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Communications and Information Engineering, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, and also with the Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Information Communication Network and Security. His current research interests include statistical modeling of wireless networks and performance analysis with the focus on information freshness. Dr. Liu was a recipient of the IEEE WCSP Best Paper Award in 2022.
Qian Wang received the Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the SOA Key Laboratory for Polar Science, Polar Research Institute of China, Shanghai, China. From 2017 to 2018, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Biomedical Research Imaging Center, Department of Radiology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. She is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Telecommunication and Information Engineering, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). Her research interests include image and video processing, computer vision, and multimedia information retrieval.
Wen-JingWang received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Victoria (UVIC) in 2019. He is currently an associated professor in Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). He is lecturing bilingual courses as “Signal and System”, “Communication Principle and Experiments”, and “Advanced Wireless Communication”. His research interests include cognitive radio, energy-efficient communications, system performance analysis and optimization. Dr. Wang has published over 30 referred journal and conference papers on these topics. He is awarded with “1000 Young Professionals" in Shaanxi province.
Jian Xu received the Ph.D degree in Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2015. She is currently a professor and PhD Supervisor in Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT). She is lecturing bilingual courses as “Linear Algebra” and “Theory of image restoration and its application”. Her research interests include image processing, deep learning and artificial intelligence. Prof. Xu has published over 40 referred journal and conference papers on these topics.
Xuewei Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2020. She is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Communications and Information Engineering, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi’an, China. She is lecturing bilingual courses as “Planning and Optimization of Wireless Communication Systems”. Her research interests include wireless edge caching and computing, physical layer security, advanced transmission design, and resource allocation. Dr. Zhang has published over 50 referred journal and conference papers on these topics.
Li Zhen received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2018. Since 2018, he has been with the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT), where he is currently an Associate Professor. He is lecturing bilingual courses as “Satellite Communications”. His research interests include signal design and processing, massive random access in 6G wireless communications, satellite mobile communications, and machine-type communications. Dr. Zhen has published over 50 referred journal and conference papers on these topics. He is a recipient of the Second-Class Excellent Paper Award in Natural Science from Shaanxi Province, China, in 2022. He was also awarded as a Young Star of Science and Technology and a Young Outstanding Talent in Colleges and Universities from Shaanxi Province, China.
